TOPEKA, KANSAS — Republican Joe Claeys officially filed paperwork in Topeka today to appear on the ballot in August for the Republican nomination for Kansas Senate District 27. He is currently uncontested in the race.
“I’m truly humbled by the outpouring of support by voters in the 27th district while going door to door,” said Claeys. “And I am grateful for the many endorsements by strong Republican leaders and the many donations big and small that will fuel this campaign to victory in the Fall.”
Claeys has received the endorsements of U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, Attorney General Kris Kobach, Senate President Ty Masterson, and Speaker of the House Dan Hawkins.
